The group course

A group of up to 12 ladies meets regularly.
Live or on prepared videos, a leader guides the participants through the teaching section so that they can work on it and discuss it as a group.
Meetings usually last 2 hours.
Your Power-Sister is one of the ladies in the group.

Advantage: The group inspires you and helps you stay on track.
